Founded in 1947 by 15 charter members, The Brunswick Junior Woman’s Club is a volunteer service based organization for the Glynn County, Georgia area. The group is made of women of varying backgrounds and ages working together to serve the community in which we live.
The club is apart of the 8th District of the Georgia Federation of Women’s Clubs for the state of Georgia. This district is one of the largest in the state in total membership and geographical area. The club is also a member of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs on the national level. Founded in 1890 the General Federation of Women’s Clubs is the largest volunteer organizations of women in the world.
The Brunswick Woman's Club meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month at Bonefish Grill on Saint Simons Island at 6:30 pm.
